There are 3 methods here, you can choose one of them.
1.Using the "Windows + R" shortcut and typing 'msinfo32' in the Run box, find the "System Model"
2.As shown in the picture, your computer model is located on the bottom of your laptop. or find the Express Service Code, Ex number.
3.Please send us the product link of your laptop, which can be from dell.com or other websites.
4.If you are still unsure, please take a photo of the text area on the bottom of your laptop and send it to us.
