What if I order 2 or more products at one time? Will they ship together?

The items will most likely not ship together. They will be shipped once each item is created or printed. You may receive more than one package although you ordered the items together.

What if I entered the wrong address on my order?

As soon as you order, the item goes into production. There is a small window for changes, so if you made an error please contact us within a few hours and we can change it. Otherwise, the item will be sent to the incorrect address & there isn't anything we can do at that point. If the item is shipped to an undeliverable address, the shipment will be returned to us. You will be responsible for the new shipment cost once we have an updated address.

What if the package is lost or is not tracking?

If your package was lost in transit or never started tracking, please let us know within 4 weeks of the estimated delivery date. We will verify this and we can reproduce the the order for you.

What if the package tracking details state 'delivered' but I never received it?

If the package was marked as delivered by the carrier, and the address is the same as the one you entered when making the order, you will need to contact the post office to try to locate the package. We cannot cover the cost of refunding for an order that was delivered incorrectly by the fault of the courier. If you have questions concerning this, please contact us.

What if my item was printed incorrectly or I received the wrong item?
