All items are personalized! just send me a message if you would like different size!

All items are made using 100% cotton and therefore can be cleaned using a damp sponge. Smaller items such as keyrings could even go into the washing machine! Get in touch for more info.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Orders are shiped in a box and naylon bag, if you want a gift box, please add gift wrapping on checkout! Gift messages are available. Your message will be cut and pasted onto a label and we do not accept any liability for mis-spellings and wording errors. We will use our discretion to not include anything we deem as offensive.

Wholesale availability

I’m open to discussing wholesale or bulk orders. Do you have a wedding coming up or wish to stock my items in your shop? Please get in touch to discuss a discount! big discounts!

Refunds, returns, exchanges

In general, no refunds, returns or exchanges will be accepted with the exception of where an item is delivered damaged. In this instance, please keep all packaging and take photos of the damage. Exchanges are not possible on bespoke orders. In the interest of customer relations, please do get in touch if you are not completely happy with your order.

Items are despatched within 5 days (generally sooner!) of order. I use Fast International shipping with tracking! . usually arrives withing 7-10 days! but keep in mind, sometimes delivery may take longer due to custom clearance or other causes!

All items are designed by me and completely handmade by me. Colour may vary slightly due to the nature of the yarn and dye batches. Designs may also vary slightly due to the handmade nature although every effort is taken to ensure consistency.
