Processing & Shipping Times

All our products are made to order. The time it takes to process and ship an order can vary by product. We have different production partners for our products, there would be instances that orders will be shipped separately. Please check the details from the individual product listings description. Delivery dates are only estimates and can change during the holidays.

Custom and personalized orders

Please double check your personalization details for accuracy (eg. spelling of names, character images, sequence). If you wish for additional requests in the design, you can include it in the personalization box or you can message us. For some listings, we may not send mockups for approval, if you wish to receive proof please include it in your request. We cannot add or edit your customized design after it's already gone into production.

Gift Notes and Gift Wrapping

Our production partners are not currently offering us the option to include personal notes in the packaging. We can add who the gift is from on the shipping label. We also do not offer gift wrapping at this time. We do offer digital printable cards that you can send to your recipients. Please send us a message if you need them.

What if I give the wrong address?

Please check your shipping address before and after checkout. We can change the address if we are notified before the item ships. However, we are unable to do so after it ships. We do not always get returned or undeliverable items.

• If your custom request needs to change words or layout, we will automatically send a mockup for approval even if you don't request for one.

☆ Production Time and Shipping:
• Processing may take 3-5 business days. For personalized mugs, production starts after approval of the artwork. You will receive a tracking ID link once your order is shipped. We try our utmost best so your order may reach you at the fastest possible time.
• Delivery is estimated from 10 days to 2 weeks. Please be advised that we have no control over the post. Delivery time may vary depending on the courier routes, weather and peak periods like Christmas and other significant holidays. Shipping may take longer to AK, HI, and PR.
• Please double check your address. If you live in an apartment or building, don’t forget to enter your unit/apt number to avoid delivery problems.

☆ Cancellations and Returns:
• Every personalized mug is individually designed by 125AlleyStreet especially for you.
• We can only accept cancellations if orders are not yet in production. We are not able to accept returns but exceptions may apply, please message us if you have problems with your order.
• If the item that is delivered is not your order or is damaged, please contact us with a photo of the wrong or broken item. We will send you a free replacement asap.
