Custom and personalized orders

Almost everything in shop can be customized. You can request a custom listing or just leave simple customizations in a buyers note.

Mugs: top rack dishwasher safe. Oven and microwave safe. Please do not use abrasive sponges on your mug designs. We have tested dozens of dishwashing liquids and have found that the "pod" type dish washer detergent actually melts ceramic glaze. So please avoid using any type of pod detergent. We recommend hand washing our mugs for a design that lasts the lifetime of the mug.

Wholesale orders are welcome. Please message me for wholesale/bulk availability and pricing.

Can I Combine Shipping?

Absolutely! Many items such as mugs and candles have multiple item listings that already combined shipping into flat rate boxes for 2 or more of each. If you are getting an outrageous quote for several different items in your cart please message me so that I can make a listing with combined shipping for you. Otherwise I will refund the overages for combined items when your item ships.

Sizes are approximate on all hand made items. Often our stock varies slightly and measurements may be off slightly but within reason. If you want an actual measurement on a particular item simply send me a message and if it is premade I will gladly send you the measurements. Mug stock varies and the measurements listed are LIQUID measure, to the brim.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Gift wrapping is available for a small fee. Please select the "Gift Wrap" upgrade from the drop down menu in your items listing. ****please note that gift wrapping often changes the dimensions and weight of the package so shipping my increase on heavier items such as mugs and signs**** Every item is securely packaged in USPS approved packaging. We recycle whenever possible so don't be surprised when a sea glass pane shows up in a roomba box. Makes life more interesting. We encourage customers to recycle packaging as well.

All Vinyl Decals are created and cut by us. Weeded by hand with transfer sheet applied. We include directions for transferring decals onto any surface. We use Easy-Weed vinyl which makes it much easier to pull from the backing. If you are having trouble, please re-read the instructions as they have every possible issue you may encounter problem solved. They are as easy as a rub on tattoo but some people may still find this process difficult. If you do, please message me so that I can show you the easiest way to tackle whatever issue you're having.

In Person Transaction-Local Pick up

We accept Cash Only for in person transactions. You may purchase and item through etsy and schedule a meet up at a public location in Pensacola, Fl only. Cash payment is due upon reciept of the item. We unfortunately can not accept money orders at this time as we have encountered fraud.

Orgones are made to order unless otherwise listed. We do not keep stock sitting on shelves. Each one is poured just for you. Please be aware that constructing an orgone takes time. Our normal processing time for orgones is 10 days though we are normally ahead of schedule.

Cancelations are subject to a $1.00 relisting fee if cancelled within 24 hrs. No cancelations are acepted after 24hrs due to order processing.

Please only chose "other" payment for in person sales such as Facebook Marketplace or Instagram for local pick up. Any check outs with "other" payment selected that are needed to be shipped will be cancelled.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unable to forward, or other addressee discrepancies we will gladly reship to your correct address at your expense. We ship directly from etsy, we do not alter shipping addresses, so any discrepancies are the responsibility of the customer.

Our Buddhist Malas are strung as follows: 108 Mantra Beads 4 Marker Beads 1 Guru Bead OPTIONAL Tassel This is a TRADITIONAL Buddhist Mala. The the marker and Guru beads are not counted in the Mala. Though there are 112 total beads plus the large guru bead and tassel, they are only counted as 108 for the Mantra Beads. As Buddhists know, this is kind of important.

We do not accept returns on bath and body products, candles, herbs, witch craft and spell related items, any made to order or custom items. Other returns are subject to shop owner discretion for instances of postal damage, manufacturing defects.

Business hours and messaging

We are available Monday through Fridayday, 7 am to 7 pm. Saturday 7 am to 12 pm. To answer messages. We do observe national and postal holidays. If you message during off hours or on a national/postal holiday you can expect a response the next business day.

Where are your items made?

Our items are hand crafted, from start to finish in our 1200 sq ft studio in Pensacola Beach, Florida. Our studio is a professional, clean, smoke free, and safe work environment for both us and our products. We have a separate shipping room and a small stock room as most stock does t last long enough to sit on a shelf.

"Ship" happens and though we package professionally and safely, items can get lost or broken. If you have a damaged item, send us pics immediately and we will replace or refund, choice is yours. Lost? Though extremely rare, if tracking has not updated and item can not be located on domestic orders after 3 weeks from postal acceptance, we will issue a full refund. We like to give 3 weeks based on past experience with the usps and their ability to locate missing packages.

My Seven Sisters Shielding Oil © does exactly what it sounds like it does... imagine, if you will, the 4 guardians, you're personal deity, your ancestors, your own power amplified (7 sisters) joined hands encircling you with an impenetrable shield. This proprietary oil is used as a Return to Sender ward, when working baneful magick and warding from Jinxes, Curses, Hexes, Bad Luck, Possession, Misfortune when working your own spells of protection from or against others. It can be used as a mighty shield when you're in situations or around people who you need to block yourself from their energy. This is my grandmother's recipe but I gave it an awesome name. I've been using it for over 40 years though Nan said it's at least 150 yrs old.

This is a 1 ounce CONCENTRATED bottle of oil.

****PLEASE VIEW ALL PHOTOS! This bottle is packed with herbs. No, you are not getting less oil or ripped off. This is THE recipe. This is the ONLY way this oil can be made. Less herbs will render it useless. More Oil will render it weakened. The herbs infuse the oil. The oil is concentrated and then further empowered by the herbs. You only need a few drops to your carrier oil of choice. Don't purchase this oil and then complain there's too many herbs. This is a generational family recipe and this is the only way it can be made. if you want more oil, then mix it with a carrier as directed. That's the point of CONCENTRATED oils. I won't apologize for my snark, it's warranted based on a few dummies who have disrespected my family's wealth of knowledge in the craft by saying the family RECIPE is somehow wrong. Recipes are meant to be followed, this isn't a dash of this and a pinch of that, this is made precisely the same for every bottle so that YOU can dilute it to make even MORE oil. You can literally turn this once ounce bottle into 3/4/5/10+ ounces by adding the contents to 2/3/4/9+ ounces of carrier oil. The ratio strength is entirely up to you. The carrier oil is up to you as well. You can use olive, avocado, coconut, grape seed, sweet almond, sesame, vegetable oil, whatever you want. This is the entire point of selling a concentrated oil blend, so it can be diluted as desired. Please don't be goofy about it. Follow the dilution instructions sent with your order if you're having trouble figuring it out.

My Seven Sisters Shielding Oil © is packed with herbs and straight- uncut/undiluted oils. This is a powerful blend for anointing candles, mojo's, poppets, altars, spaces, and with caution yourself. You may want to take a few drops of oil and add it to 10 drops of olive oil of you're using it on your skin to avoid irritation. A few drops may be added to the bath as well for ritual cleansing.

It is a mix of dragons blood, nag champa, coriander, clove, vanilla, tobacco with several oils I can't disclose. packed with proprietary herbal blend And with Amethyst, Obsidian, and quartz to amplify the energies.

Of course, this is oil is not to be consumed or used on pets/children/or in/on sensitive areas like eyes or mucus membranes.
