Yes we do personalization for most of our products. Please see item listing for details and availability. If you approved a personalized order and you realize that there is a mistake or you change your mind, please contact me asap. If the design was already sent to production, I unfortunately won't be able to cancel the order.

Broken, Incorrect mugs or tumblers

If you receive a broken or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible through your Etsy account. Please add pictures and a brief description of the problem. Once we have seen the issue, we are happy to replace any damaged or wrong item.

Estimated Shipping Times

North America: 1-2 weeks (Canada might take an extra few days) Europe and other parts of the world: 3-5 weeks For personalized items, shipping times start after you have approved your design. We do our best to have your order ready and on the way as soon as possible. But please understand that we cannot control and/ or be responsible for UPS, USPS and any other shipping companies delays. Estimated shipping times can vary by item and especially during holidays.

I need to change my address

If you have placed an order and you realize that you need to change a delivery address, please contact us ASAP. WE will do our outmost best to try to accommodate the change, but if the order has already been send to our fulfillment partner, then unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate the changes. Please double check your address when you place your order to avoid this becoming an issue.

Unfortunately we are not able to add personal notes with our products.

How many promo codes can I apply to one order?
