After the purchase, you will get direct access to the files of the model. - Download and open the .txt file - Copy and paste the link inside in your browser - Download the model file from the link - Open the file using WinRar or 7-Zip VTubers: - Drag and drop the model folder into VTube Studio and everything is ready to go PNG & GIFTubers: - Drag and drop the .veadomini file into veadotube and everything is ready to go

Can the models be customized, and if so, how?

Yes, VTubers can be customized within VTube studio. In VTube Studio, go to model settings. Look for the button "Customize Model". Choose the option "multiply/screen color for artmeshes". Select the part on the model you want to change. Recolor it with the color you like. Or set the Alpha color to zero to make it invisible. Color edits can be limited. For detailed color edits. The texture file of the vtuber is allowed to be edited with editing software. This also goes for PNG & GIFTubers.

Are the models compatible with specific streaming or VTubing software?

VTubers are compatible and recommended for the software VTube Studio. PNGTubers are compatible and recommended for the software Veadotube mini. Both can be perfectly used with OBS to record with, or stream with on livestreaming services.

What should I do if I experience issues with the model's rigging or animations?

Yes, all models are allowed to be used commercially and are also allowed to be edited. Models are not allowed to be redistributed or resold. Copyrights of the model are also not owned after purchase.
