WHAT IF I DO NOT RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?

Please contact us if you do not receive your package within 7 business days from receipt of the shipping notification. We will contact the post office to find out where your package is. In the event that a First Class package with Insurance or USPS Priority/Express Mail package is lost in the mail and there is no tracking information that your order has been delivered, we will file a claim with USPS. Once a claim is filed and accepted by USPS, we can either ship another shirt or refund your money. Please do not leave us negative feedback for the post office losing your package. WHAT ARE YOUR WASHING AND DRYING INSTRUCTIONS?

WASHING Turn garment inside out and hand wash or wash on a gentle cycle in cold water with similar colored items. DO NOT USE BLEACH as this can also damage the stones glue. DRYING Lay flat or hang to dry. You can dry on delicate using low heat with caution. The heat and tumbling action of a high dryer can damage the stone glue, vinyl and rhinestones. WARNING DO NOT IRON - our rhinestones and vinyl are permanently affixed using a heat press to ensure proper adhesion. Exposing your shirt to high heat (high dryer cycles or household irons) can melt the glue and could cause stones and vinyl to move or even fall off.
