We sell only real gold. We have two real jewelry shop in our hometown. We only sell 14K solid gold. We don't have silver, 8K, gold plated or 18K items. We only make 14k gold casting. Our prices are depending on gold weight of the item. If you find same item with lower price, please contact us to learn about the gold weight of our item to compare. Most of the time, our jewelry is heavier than other competitive.

You can cancel your order in the first 24 hours after your order is placed, after that 10% restocking fee will be applied to all canceled items. Each item is handmade so each cancellation in the middle of production is a loss for my small business.

If you live in: United States, Canada, UK, Australia, Israel
There are not any import taxes in these locations. If an unexpected situation occurs and you have to pay taxes, our company will cover the entire cost on these locations. Please contact us.

Other locations: There might be some import tax regulations on other locations. Every country has a different policy about import tax. So we are not responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Please contact with us to learn more about your location's policy.

All of our customers are responsible for VAT which is also applied in their hometown purchases. Here are the rates and how you pay it:

Other locations: Every country has a different policy about VAT. So buyers are responsible to pay VAT when arrival. UPS makes the transaction between buyer's country's customs office and the buyer. They charge it as "government charges"

We ship all items with UPS expedited shipping. So, you don't have to worry about your package's arrival. UPS Express's arrival time for EU, United States, Australia, Canada, UK is 1-3 business days. Other locations are 2-5 business days. We don't guarantee the delivery times. It can rarely delay due to customs's availability. You may required to pay import fee before your package is delivered to UPS or customs office. We are not responsible for any such fees.
We can make address change before your order has shipped. Please contact us directly on Etsy messages.

Please contact us immediately if you believe that your package was lost in transit. We will try our best to solve the issue. If the item has not been marked delivered and hasn't arrived within 15 days of shipment, we will REPLACE your order free of charge.

Orders lost in transit will be replaced, please do not request a refund for losses caused by the delivery company.

You should specially take care of your jewelry to prolong its life. Avoid its exposure to any strong chemicals, perfumes, moisturisers etc. Besides, we recommend to remove it before going to bed or before participating any physical activity. Store your jewelry in its original box away from humid conditions. Make sure that different pieces of jewelry do not rub against each other. For cleaning, you can gently wipe it with a soft cloth once a month.
WHY WE SAY AVOID STRONG CHEMICALS&SHOWER EXPOSURE? IS NOT IT REAL GOLD? THE COLOR OF THE GOLD DOES NOT HAVE TO CHANGE?
answer: Yes we sell real gold. Nothing happens on the gold side, but outer effects may damage the polish on your jewelry. So, the beautiful shine of your jewelry may decrease.

The cancellation and any change/update requests are not accepted after your order has been shipped. In-transit, pre-transit or delivered status orders cannot be updated or cancelled.
