Item Damaged in Shipping

We ship out dozens of orders each week and have yet to have one arrive to its destination damaged. However, we’ve also seen the videos of the disgruntled post office worker chucking packages across fences and punting them onto front porches. If an item is damaged during shipping, please reach out to us so we can help to fix the situation. Please note that we do require an image of the broken item in order for it to be eligible for replacement. Thank you.

This is my second purchase from 12Months and it will certainly not be my last. It is such high quality. I had a question on my order and seller immediately responded with everything already taken care of. We have had our first sign for about three years, and it is by far and away what gets the most compliments.
