Mindfulness Matters Project is a small business located in Sydney, Australia. Our purpose is to recognise, educate and inspire others around mental health awareness and the importance of being mindful in their everyday life.
Be inspired by my aesthetic mindfulness cards featuring 52 unique designs, reminding you to take care of your mental wellbeing by reinforcing positive affirmations and acceptance.
I am a true believer that we build strength through adversity, which you can use to live a more full and empathetic life. Empowering your mind can do wonders for self-growth, you just have to be willing and ready to change.
