Are items refundable?

Due to their digital nature the items are not refundable. Please be sure to read through the product description and go through the product pictures information!

Will there be any products shipped?

There will be no products ship - these are digital products where you'll get instant access after your purchase. In case of made to order products you'll get them after our collaboration on the product.

How will I get access to the templates?

After your purchase you should've seen both an e-mail to your e-mail account with the link to the PDF and also on your Etsy account under orders (top right corner in Etsy where are all of your Etsy purchases).

What are the IG template formats?

IG stories are 1080x1920px. The IG post stories are in portrait size of 1080x1350px if not stated otherwise. That's for max engagement so your posts would take up the most screen space (think of reels for example and their success besides being a video - the size). On the grid it will look cohesive because the theme is the same as you can see the "grid" on the product photos as well.

I can't somehow download my templates. What should I do?

In a few cases there might be a small hiccup on either payments or the downloads in general so I always encourage you to write to me if the downloads don't work and I'll send you personally the new links!

I'm looking for a more specific kind of template. What kind of template would you recommend?

This totally depends on your goal, brand visual identity and brand entirely. So if you can't find the most suitable color scheme etc I suggest you to look at "made to order" custom templates that would be made just for you and your brand where you also have 2 revisions to make before the final product.
