I'm not sure it was the sellers fault, but it was really late arriving. And the packaging was damaged. Even the small plastic bag that the charm was held in was damaged. I'm going to assume that was usps' fault, though. The charm itself was not damaged, and my mom really liked the bracelet I made her with it.
