PRINT QUALITY

The final quality of your print will depend on the type of printer (or service) used, and the quality of paper used. You can either print at home, take your file to your local print shop or use an online printing service. For optimum results when printing at home, a premium heavyweight matte/satin paper or cardstock is recommended.

Please also be aware that colours look different in print to those on a screen due to wide variations in monitor settings.

Go to your Etsy account (your avatar at top of screen) and click on 'purchases and reviews'. Scroll down to your order details and on the right-hand side you will see a link labelled "download files". You need to download both the PDF and the TXT file which contains the link where your files are kept on Google Drive. Once you've copied and pasted the link into your browser, simply click on the download link at the TOP RIGHT of the screen to download the ZIP file. Once downloaded, you can then extract the individual JPG files onto your device.

You do not need an account with Google Drive in order to access your files.

You may experience issues when trying to access and download your files from a mobile device when using the Etsy App. If you have any problems, try accessing your Etsy account from a browser instead of the Etsy App or use a computer or laptop instead. This usually solves the problem but please get in touch if you still can't access your files and we can send you the direct link to Google Drive.

Due to the files being high resolution and large in size, regrettably we are unable to send them via email.

All prints are borderless which means the image runs to the edge of the paper. If you see a listing which shows the image with a border, this will most likely be because the mockup frame includes a white mount which the image sits within inside the frame.

The exception to this is the flower market prints which have a cream border which incorporates the text. Also the scandinavian floral prints are set on a white background which extends beyond the design.

If you are unsure whether your print has a border or not, please send us a message and we will happily clarify for you.

We often get asked if we can create 'new' custom designs. As you can appreciate, new designs are extremely time consuming and consideration needs to be given as to whether the design complements our current range. For this reason, we are more inclined to take on board suggestions for new designs for review at a later date.

If you're looking for simple colour/background custom changes to an existing design we are more than happy to do this and charge a small additional fee for this service.
