Custom and personalized orders

I can make your custom order in 3-5 business days but they often have a queue of 1-2 weeks approx. Contact me before ordering your custom order to know exactly how is my agenda Custom orders payments are always in advance. Due to the nature of these items, unless they get damaged or defective, I do not accept returns. Because some items have a long development, please place your order in advance. At all times we will be in contact by email to consult any doubts that may arise. In some cases I can send a photo of work material that I will use for approval. Cancellations not be used in custom orders or items made to order specifically for the customer.

Gift wrapping and packaging

The first objective is that my packages arrive intact to the client. The item is sent in padded envelope with bubble wrap. If you have delicate pieces you can break wrath wrapped in bubble wrap for your protection. The items are sent in a nice wrapping that can be ready to give away. I like nature and I like to be more and more responsible with the environment so I try to use only the necessary packaging so that your order arrives in good condition. The bubble wrap that I use in my packaging is recycled from other places. I try to find packaging and packaging alternatives with the most sustainable materials possible. For proper maintenance of your jewelry do not recommend showering or bathing with earrings posts. I do not get it wet. Shipping option "with another item"

Due to the weight of some of my items sometimes the final price of shipping may vary in the option "with another item" (combined shipping) If the final price of shipping is higher I will contact you to make the difference If the price of shipping is lower it will refund you the difference

Most of my items are shipped via Spain post with certified delivery with tracking number or in many items you can choose if you want ordinary shipping (without tracking) or certified delivery (with tracking number). Please, if in your country of destination there are problems with post service you choose to send a certificate with a tracking number to avoid possible problems and losses (to be able to locate the package during the duration of the shipment, to avoid possible losses, to be able to complain in case of problems with service Postal) ---IMPORTANT--- Places for which I recommend to choose certified shipment (Italy, Russia, Eastern Europe, Asia, African continent, South America, Central America).
