It features one pleated pocket for a pen or pencil and a larger loop tape to add the patches of your choice. It measures 8 x 5.5” and it fits perfectly the issue NSN 7530-00-222-3521 Green Journal Leader's book. Please know that the cover is made to fit those notebooks specifically and it will not fit other notebooks. If you need a different size, please contact me for a custom sized cover. Thank you!
