Most of our boots/shoes are MADE per ORDER. We are a small family business and is not easy to have a huge stock with all the models, in every colour and every size.

CONSTRUCTION:
Handcrafted under the Goodyear welted Technic, a superior method of shoemaking, it provides strength, shape, retention, durability and is reparable. With this Technic the soles can be replaced, and the boots will last a lifetime.

Please follow our size chart to find your size. It is important to measure your foot on a flat surface with your heel against a wall or straight edge. Use a ruler to measure the length in millimetres from the tip of your longest toe to your heel.

CUSTOMIZATION:
We offer the possibility of making some customization in our footwear, as long as doesn't change the structure of the boot/shoe. Please contact us with your ideas, we have several products like cork, leather and burel in different colours. We can also change the colours of some details like eyelets and shoelaces. Minor changes will have a standard fee of 35€, major changes will be reviewed case by case.

Burel is a Portuguese handmade fabric with the origin in mountains, made entirely of wool.
The Burel is a very durable and versatile fabric to the covers and coats to the rainy days, snow and cold on the mountain, has evolved into countless ideas and design solutions, accompanied by a wide range of textures, patterns and colours.

ABOUT US:
We are a small family business, we start to make shoes in 2015 with the aim to divulge the traditional Portuguese footwear, giving a new life to the Portuguese working boots. Our boots/shoes are artisan made / handcrafted in almost all the process with the traditional techniques from the past.

NOTES:
All are boots/shoes are handcrafted, this means that you can expect minor cosmetic imperfections consistent with a handmade process, looking that our production is not a standardized industrialized carbon copy product, and as a result it might present some minor irregularities in the stitching, slight leather blemishes due to the vegetable tanning process. These irregularities are what makes the end product special and unique. You can say that you have an item that no one else have in the world! Our products are reliable, Eco-friendly, and fashionable, worked by the hands of experienced craftsmen and craftswomen.

BOOTS / SHOES CARING:
Leathers can be wiped with a damp cloth and a leather conditioner. First clean with a damp cloth and when dry apply the leather conditioner.
Suede, Use a suede brush for general cleaning once a week and you will keep your suede boots clean and chic. Gently buff stain with suede brush or nail brush. Light coloured suedes stain very easily so extra care must be taken.
Cork, gently wipe the shoes with a damp cloth and then let to air dry.
Burel, Burel is an easy-care fabric. The structure of the fiber repels dirt and, in case of spillage, allows it to be cleaned and dried in due time.

SHIPPING:
Boots, shoes in stock will be despatch by DHL Express (2 to 5 days worldwide delivery).
Made-to-order (PRE-ORDER) boots, shoes, can take up to 4 weeks to finalize a pair of boot/shoe/sneaker, and then, dispatch by DHL Express (2 to 5 days worldwide delivery).
- Orders from Size 36 and from Size 46 to 50 are manufactured as a special-order tacking to 4 weeks to be complete. We don't accept returns from special orders.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
- We accept returns & exchanges on these boots, as long as the intention is communicated within 14 days from the day customer receives the boots .
- Customized boots/shoes cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items must arrive in their original condition. Customer is responsible for all return/exchange shipping and customs fees.
- If you would like an exchange, you will be charged the cost of shipping the new pair.
- Items shipped for free will have the original cost of shipment reduced from the amount credited to your original form of payment.
- Refunds are contingent upon the inspection of item(s) once we receive them.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. This includes outbound shipping and return shipping.
- Seller is not responsible for damage/loss of products if occurred in the shipping of the returned product.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- If your return is approved, your refund will then be processed and your credit will be applied to the original method of payment.
