All packages are shipped with tracking, once the package arrives in the destination country you'll be able to further track the package through your national postal service for example: USPS, Deutsche Post, Royal Mail, etc... Because we fully understand that not everyone can comfortably and/or safely be themselves, we ship all our products in plain padded envelopes with no mention of LGBT anywhere on the exterior of the packaging. Sometimes we're required to have a product description on the shipping label, if that is the case we will make sure to keep these descriptions as generic as possible, for example 'Embroidered Patch' instead of the title used in the product listing. Sew-on - If you need to wash a garment with patches attached, it is best to hand wash the garment to help prevent damaging the thread. - If you must machine wash, turn the garment inside out, make sure there are no zippers and/or other accessories that could damage the thread hanging loose. Wash on the gentle cycle in cold water. Iron-on - With iron-on patches, the adhesive may loosen in the washing machine. This is unfortunately the case with most adhesives, because of that we recommend hand washing garments with iron-on patches on them. Hook & Loop - Luckily with hook and loop patches you can remove the patch from the garment and carefully hand wash the patch to avoid any damage to the thread.

It may happen that you want to return an order. You have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery. - Request the return / cancellation within 14 days of receiving the item. - Return the item within 14 days after requesting the return / cancellation. - All buyers are responsible for the shipping costs when returning. - As soon as we have received the product, the purchase amount will be refunded. If the product is damaged, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Treat the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returning your order.
