How do I download my files?

After your payment clears, Etsy will send you a download link. You can also find your files anytime under Your Account > Purchases & Reviews.

Do you send physical products?

No — all items in my shop are digital downloads only. You will not receive anything in the mail.

What file format will I receive?

Most listings are delivered as high-resolution PNG files (300 DPI, transparent background). If additional formats (SVG, JPG, PDF) are included, they’ll be listed in the description.

How can I open and use the files?

You can open PNG files with most design or print programs. For sublimation, simply upload the PNG to your software and size as needed.

Can I request a custom design?

Yes! I love custom work. Send me a message with your idea and I’ll let you know if I can create it for you.

Can I use these designs for commercial purposes?

Yes — you may use my files to create physical items for personal use or small business sales (shirts, mugs, prints, etc.) with a license you can purchase in my shop. You may not resell or share the digital files themselves.
