What should I do if I did not receive my order?

What if I received a different product than I ordered?

We suggest for you to inspect your goods as soon as you receive them, to make sure they are in good condition and exactly as you ordered. If you decide there is something wrong with the products, please contact us as soon as possible. We recommend you to write us and explain the situation as well as add some photos to help us understand the situation. Once the situation has been assessed, the decision will be made and the reply will be sent within 2 business days.

Can I change the engraving text of the product I received?

Unfortunately, no. The customer is responsible for the correct engraving text. Therefore, when making your order, make sure that the engraving text is spelled correctly and exactly as you wish. If you received a product with an incorrect engraving text due to a manufacturing error, we will replace the product for free. In this case, contact us and describe the situation. Be sure to attach a photos of the received product.

Can I change the size of the collar?

If you would like to change the size of the pet collar you received, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of goods. Note that the product should be free of usage marks, preferably with the package unopened. Pet collars without an engraved plate can be replaced to a required size free of charge. The buyer only has to pay for shipping in both directions. Pet collars with attached engraved plate are not replaceable as it is an individual product. When sending goods for resizing be sure to include a printed and correctly completed return form inside the shipment. If you do not have the opportunity to print, write all the information by hand on a piece of paper according to the return form and put it inside.

When will my order be shipped?

We usually produce your orders within 1 business day. Implementation of individual engraving ideas may take longer (2-3 business days). Note: Products are shipped only after they are produced.

How to properly care for leather goods?

In order to keep your leather products looking flawless for as long as possible, we recommend: - Protect the pendant from the contact with water. - Avoid contact with sharp metal surfaces. - Avoid contact with chemical substances.

In which languages can you engrave?

We can engrave in any language you want.

What is the return and exchange policy?

Bakli products are created individually according to the wishes of each customer, so personalized goods cannot be returned. However, if you are not satisfied with the quality of the received product, or you received the product with a manufacturing defect (incorrect engraving, font or color of the pendant), please contact us as soon as possible and explain the situation. We recommend adding relevant photos that would prove the issue. Within 2 working days, after evaluating the situation, we will send you further details. When sending returned or exchanged goods, be sure to include a printed and correctly completed return form inside the shipment. If you do not have the opportunity to print, please include the hand-written form.
