CARE
Wash dishes with soda or mustard (well washes away grease), or detergents with a natural composition.
Only hand washing!
Very dirty dishes can be soaked in water or fill the middle with water, then it will be easier to wash

Dry without turning, the water evaporates quickly inside.
Also store with access to air, in a dry place. In a closed cabinet can be stored, but to have access to air, "spark" hole.
