In these cases, we will deduct the cost of shipping from the refund to recoup shipping costs. This also applies to shipments that are returned to sender for an incorrect address. We recommend checking your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

Returns/refunds will not be accepted if Ambali Fashion is not contacted within 7 days of delivery, no exceptions. After receiving authorization for a return from Ambali Fashion, the buyer must return the item(s) within 14 days of the delivery date. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

All returns are subject to a quality inspection upon return. If an item is not returned in original condition (i.e. tags missing, dirty, clearly worn, human/animal hair, etc.) deductions will be made from the refund at Ambali Fashion's discretion.
