During hot weather it's advised to refrigerate any balms, creams or salves for 15 minutes prior to use. The ingredients have a naturally low melting point and may need to "firm up."

In cold weather, products may be a firmer consistency. Simply warm in your hand before application.

How To Spot Test: Apply a small amount of product covering 1/2 to 1 inch of the inner forearm. After 24 hours if no reaction has occurred, proceed! Please do not use if you notice redness, irritation or sensitivities.

This is truly the BEST body wash, 10/10! I am SO glad that I decided to try it! Smells wonderful! I deal with severely dry/itchy skin due to a combo of eczema, hypothyroidism, and diabetes mellitus; and my skin starts itching as soon as I finish washing & rinsing & STILL in the shower! I am elated with this product; because, it left my skin so soft & moisturized, and this was the first time that I did NOT itch directly after bathing and my skin was soothed all over — even after washing my hair directly afterwards. My skin remained soft to the touch & well moisturized without itchiness, even where my skin gets driest - between my shoulders, bottoms of my feet, and back of my hands.
