100% Eco-Friendly Packaging 🌿Every piece of jewelry is crafted with love for design and respect for nature. That is why I strictly use plastic-free recyclable paper and cardboard packaging to ship my creations. To give your orders a rustic, natural touch, I use natural jute twine, and paper tape to seal the shipping boxes. 🌿Compliance & Recycling Information:Germany (LUCID): My shop is fully registered and compliant with the German Packaging Act (Verpackungsgesetz – VerpackG). Disposal fees for all shipments sent to Germany are fully covered. 🌿Easy Recycling: All my boxes and envelopes belong to the Paper Recycling stream (PAP 20/21/22), and the decorative twine can be disposed of with Textiles or Organics (TEX 61).

For necklaces and bracelets you can select the length in centimeters. For rings you can choose the US size. For doubts just ask me and I'll let you know as soon as possible.

When can I ask for a refund?

There are several situations where you can decide to ask for a refund: ⭐Package unclaimed at the postal service. If you forget to pick up your package it will stay deposited to your local postal office for a specific time, then it will be returned to sender, and this depend by you. In this case, you can ask for a partial refund for the price of the jewel/jewels purchased. Shipping costs are not refundable. ⭐Order not shipped yet. Request cancellation within 24h of purchase. ⭐Package lost. After assured the package is lost by the postal service, you'll obtain full refund or replacement at my expense. ⭐There are a number of cases that we can discuss together, so don't worry and contact me first, we will find the best solution!:)

IMPORTANT: Effective August 29, 2025, there will no longer be a de minimis exemption for goods entering the United States, which means more items shipped to the US may now be subject to tariffs. Shipments to US are regular with private couriers, but when a package arrives in the US, Customs may contact the buyer for paying small tariffs, import duties and taxes. Be aware of this when ordering.

DHL and other private couriers require phone numbers, why?

⭐ I ship via private couriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx) to many countries around the world, and these couriers require receiver's phone number. This is useful in case of necessity to contact the receiver (wrong/incomplete adrress, receiver not at home etc.) and it is also useful for the receiver to customize the delivery, such as to authorize delivery without signature or for other delivery options. Please, be sure to leave your phone in your note of order or check your Etsy convo because I always contact my customers asking for their phone numbers to leave to couriers. Thank you! ⭐

Chain Types: Gold Plated, Gold Filled or Vermeil Gold?

⭐GOLD PLATED has a base of some other metal, such as brass, covered with a thin layer of gold with electroplating. It can tarnishes easily. ⭐VERMEIL GOLD is sterling silver electroplated with a thin layer of gold, at least 2.5 m. It can tarnishes. ⭐GOLD FILLED has a much thicker layer of gold over the base metal. This makes a big difference in terms of the jewelry’s ability to resist wear and tear long term. A thick layer of gold is bonded to another metal, usually brass. The gold layer is 5% of the total weight. Gold-filled jewelry is a great economical alternative to solid gold. If taken care of, it can last as long as solid gold and won’t tarnish or rub off; however, gold-filled jewelry does require more maintenance than solid gold.

The necklace is just as described and pictured. It's absolutely beautiful 😍 There was an issue with the delivery but Lisa was so kind and helpful and managed to solve it. The item is packaged securely and it arrived with some cute freebie stickers. Also included with instructions for jewelry care. Definitely recommend ☺️
