Due to the handmade nature of our moulds, some imperfections such as slight scratches and tiny silicone holes may break. If this is an issue, you may wish to rethink your purchase. Please note that we do not accept refunds or returns on used moulds.

Our silicone moulds are food-grade and can also be used to create accessories using a range of materials, polymer clay, epoxy & UV resin, Jesmonite etc.

To prolong the life of your moulds, we recommend using a 'mould release' spray. This will create a barrier inside the mould, allowing the parts easily come out. This minimises the chance of damaging the silicone.

No, not all of them. Only the moulds with the FKFY logo are made by us. To create these moulds, we draw and illustrate all of the shapes before laser-cutting the acrylic master mould that will be used to create those moulds.

We also collaborate with a number of suppliers to bring you the rest of the mould line. We choose trendy designs and high-quality moulds, and we only sell them after we've tried and tested them.

We accept returns for change of mind. Send us a message beforehand, and we'll give you with the return address. Please note that your item must be brand new and unused (we do not accept returns on used moulds). It must be in the same condition as when you received 

You have 14 days from the date you got an item to return it. We will instantly grant you a refund after we receive and inspect your returned item. Please keep in mind that postage is non-refundable, and you will also be liable for the cost of return shipping, as well as any lost or damaged parcel issues.

We only refund items if they are defective or have a partial loss due to an error on our behalf. Please note, minor imperfections such as slight scratches do not count as a fault in the product.

If you intend to apply for a refund, please take an image of the defective product and send it to us. Once we approve the item, we'll provide you with the option of a replacement item or a full refund. Please note, we might ask you to post the faulty item back to us, but we'll cover the return shipping cost.

The production time for pre-order items is around two weeks. We'll post the pre-order items as soon as they're ready. If it takes more than two weeks, we'll ship your order in two batches.

To allow us to keep our low prices we have a $10 minimum order spend on all orders. If your order is less than $10 it will be sent via mail without a tracking number or refunded if it cannot fit in a flat mail envelope.
