Custom and personalized orders

You can contact me via Etsy messages for a custom order. I will set up a reserved listing for you and ship your items as soon as they are done. Byers must be willing to pay a reserved listing before items are made to ensure material cost and engagement to buy. Each item takes hours of designing and creating, carefully knotted with the highest attention to detail. Please do not request a custom item if you are not willing to purchase in the end.

All my items have adjustable lengths unless stated otherwise in the description. For more information about a specific item please look in the item description or contact me through Etsy messages.

Wholesale availability

I do wholesale and offer a discount on wholesale orders as well! Please contact me via Etsy messages to request what you would like to have wholesale made. Wholesale byers must be willing to pay a reserved listing before items are made to ensure material cost and engagement to buy. Please contact me for more information or questions! Minimum order quantity for wholesale is 10 pieces.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All orders are carefully packaged in cardboard boxes. They are send out in bubble wrapped envelopes to ensure that the stones will not break or get scratched.

How long will it take for my package to arrive?

All orders ship with 1-5 business days. If you chose standard shipping, your package will be shipped with a tracking number through the Hellenic Post. Shipping times vary depending on your region, please check our delivery estimates in the shipping policies. We also offer express shipping via DHL Express. Shipping times with the express service take 2-10 days! The express service is only available for EUROPE, USA and CANADA. Please contact me via Etsy messages if you wish to chose Express shipping but you are not in one of those regions.

The Items are carefully packaged in jewelry pouches (for items without gemstones) or carboard boxes (for jewelry with gemstones). We use bubble wrapped envelopes to ship your parcels in order to ensure items won't be damaged in transit.
