Reviews for this item
Great quality and very helpful
great item for a great price
The fan does not open properly. Delivery was messy, with me having the wrong package and having to mail it out. Then did not receive the original package. By the end it was kind of okay other than the quality but, wouldn’t highly recommend.
Response from Giovanna
Although the fan was sent to the wrong address for the first time, we delivered the fans in time and correctly in the second emergency delivery, and provided a discount as compensation, and presented delicate white organza bags; the quality of the fan is as promised, Bamboo is the strongest for making fans. We have not received other bad reviews from other customers, and there is no unusable situation. It was packed in 5-layer ultra-thick recyclable cartons and thickened bags are waterproof.
I would give this negative stars if I could. Not only did I receive the wrong fans, but the seller waited too long to tell me my new items would not be here until long after the event they were meant to celebrate. I also had to ship a package for them, and got nothing in return. Total scam.
Response from Giovanna
This has been resolved. The process is that the logistics sent the wrong goods, but we have re-made and sent them, and delivered them ahead of schedule.
