The time it takes to prepare your order varies as I make the earrings, bracelets and necklaces on demand unless stated. I use Royal Mail and occasionally other shipping companies to deliver orders international. ••UK- I send orders by Royal Mail TRACKED POST, no need for signature and in most cases the package fits a letter box. Most arrive in 2-3 days ••CANADA, AUSTRALIA and EUROPE : orders are sent untracked. Tracking add-on available during check-out. •• USA- From SEPTEMBER 2025 all orders are sent DELIVERED WITH DUTY PAID and included in the shipping price, so that any customs fees and handling costs are prepaid for you. Standard delivery doesn't include tracking, it is optional during check-out. •• WORLDWIDE : tracked post

EUROPE: usually between 5 to 10 working days but can take up to 20 or more days due to customs checks. USA, CANADA and AUSTRALIA: usually between 7 to 15 working days, but can take up to 30 days REST OF THE WORLD: usually 10 to 15 working days but can take up to 30 days. DELAYED and LOST MAIL

Please understand that once the package is in the hands of Royal Mail, transit times, custom delays, delivery times and lost orders are totally beyond my control. Proof of posting is always obtained. If you don’t receive your order, unfortunately I can’t automatically replace the items. I can only make a claim for lost items with Royal Mail after 10 days (UK) or 25 days (WORLD) of the shipping date. If the claim is successful and the order considered lost, I will replace the items. I do not refund any orders.

I will send out your order on the address that you provide at checkout. If the address is incorrect or incomplete I am not responsible for the loss of your order and it's not possible to give you a replacement.

If a package is returned to me because the address was incorrect or incomplete, the postal service tried to deliver but the package was not claimed or was undelivered for some other reason, I do not offer a refund because it’s not a problem caused by me. I can resend the order once the postal services send it to me, address has to be confirmed and postage costs will be paid by the customer.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS and EXCHANGES

Cancellations are accepted only until the item is shipped. Returns are only accepted within UK and EU and only for necklaces and bracelets, excludes earrings for hygienic reasons and custom orders.
