Half a pound of Hickory old 'Slim Jim' style beef Jerky

This jerky is NOT the soft type you get in the store. It is a firm stick like the old one's we used to purchase years ago. This is for those who like a stiffer jerky that you rehydrate as you chew it.

Had to adjust shipping costs. You still won't be paying the full shipping as I always contribute the difference, but the Post Office keeps moving it upwards. I was able to reduce the multiple pack costs though, so it evens out somewhere! :)

To assure the freshest jerky possible, I make the jerky on demand. Place your order and I'll get it made and shipped within a few days. Sometimes you can catch me at the right time and I'll have some ready to go, but since I can't guarantee that I'll reserve the time to produce it as needed.

Growing up with Slim-Jim beef jerky sticks, I was so disappointed when they discontinued them. So, I set out to make my own, and they turned out wonderful. This jerky is just addicting. Each pack is approximately (did I say APPROXIMATELY!?) 8 ounces (half a pound) each, give or take a teeny bit. Feel free to store in your freezer for months, or just put in the refrigerator and eat within weeks. These are great for fishing, hiking, travel snacks, etc. I know these are strange to have on a pipe site, but I've had so many requests to sell them I figured, why not? Jerky goes great with a pipe anyway! :) Note: This is very similar to the Slim Jim's from our past, which means the sticks are NOT soft like store bought jerky chunks. This is a firmer stick that gives you the joy of rehydrating it in your mouth as you enjoy it. Some batches can be a bit softer than others, but that is because of the fat content which I can't control. It's all good either way, so no worries!
