First, Last, Middle
Alice Beth Carter would be ACB, with the C larger in the center. Carter is the LAST name.

Couple Monogram Format is traditionally:
Wife's First Name, Couple's Last Name, Husband's First Name
Alice and John Carter would be ACJ.

😊 Please take the time to double-check your information when entering the personalization information. There is a $10 per item change fee for any changes made to your order after purchase. Failure to select a color, fabric, etc. means Nana will supply her choice of thread, fabric, etc. subject to availability, her choice of what coordinates, and expediency.

While 99% of packages arrive intact and ready to use, sometimes the shipping service is less than perfect! Customers must take at least 3 pictures of the package and all damaged contents immediately upon arrival. Send these photos to me through an Etsy message within two days of delivery. Save all packaging and damaged products for USPS or UPS inspection. Once I receive the photos and information, you may need to return the damaged packaging and items. If so, I will send you a return shipping label. No refunds will be given if the procedures for damaged goods are not followed.

Your purchase indicates you understand the shop's processing time is a date range. All orders are processed in the order received. Orders will ship on or before the LAST DATE quoted on your order. I offer upgraded shipping and production for those customers who discover my shop last minute or need an item ASAP.

Etsy sends email shipping notifications with tracking when an order is shipped.

Once an order is shipped, it is in the carrier’s hands. I cannot guarantee delivery on a certain date. If you are concerned about shipping and delivery times, upgraded shipping options are available. I do not replace or refund items sent First Class Mail.

Please add the USPS Priority Mail or Express shipping to your order when purchasing your item(s). Be sure to purchase upgraded shipping for the number of items you have purchased.

Based on shipping destination, weight, and size of your items once packaged; UPS or FedEx may show a quicker delivery time than the upgraded shipping you have purchased. Nana (Deanna) will choose whichever carrier will get you your item(s) the quickest! Woo Hoo!

UPGRADED PRODUCTION
♥ Nana Luv processes all orders in the order received. Purchasing upgraded PRODUCTION means your order jumps to the front of the queue.

Customers first need to contact their local USPS & run a GEO-TRACE on a missing package. Every package can be traced to an exact delivery point. Ask for a printout/screenshot showing its delivery address.

Customers may need to complete a verification for lost item. If so, I will send the link.

Once I hand items to USPS, I cannot guarantee delivery on a certain date. I will not replace or refund items sent First Class Mail. If you are concerned about the reliability of delivery, please upgrade to Priority Shipping at my listing.

♥ All Fabrics fade if left in sunlight for extended periods.

♥ Outdoor fabrics are fade and mold resistant, but will fade eventually.

♥ Fabric varies from bolt to bolt due to different dye lots. To have two matching sashes, please order both at the same time. Fabrics cannot be guaranteed to be from the same dye lot unless on the same order.

♥ Thread & Fabric choice: Remember CONTRAST IS KEY! Dark thread on light fabric or vice versa gives the best POP!

♥ Thinner fonts require higher contrast to show up adequately.

All communications need to be conducted through Etsy Messages. By purchasing from my shop, you agree to respond to messages through Etsy in a timely manner. Please respond promptly so I can process your order and ship it to you! Most questions I have involve the my need for a thread color for a monogram, the letter you want monogrammed, or other time sensitive information. If I can't reach you for a response, your order may be delayed.

Packages returned to the sender for any reason: insufficient address, address unknown, unable to forward, etc., will incur an additional shipping fee to be paid by the purchaser. In order to prevent this extra fee please make sure you have entered the shipping address accurately according to USPS. Using an address not recognized by USPS will likely result in incurring delays and this additional fee.

NanaLuv offers free shipping for purchases over $35.00. This is a discount offered to customers and paid for by the seller. This benefit only happens for the initial shipping. If your package is returned, an additional fee will be incurred to ship again.
