WHAT IS THE BEST PAPER TO USE?

⚠️𝐘𝐎𝐔 𝐖𝐈𝐋𝐋 𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐄𝐈𝐕𝐄 𝐀 𝐃𝐄𝐓𝐀𝐈𝐋𝐄𝐃 𝐏𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐆𝐔𝐈𝐃𝐄 𝐖𝐈𝐓𝐇 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐏𝐔𝐑𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐒𝐄 𝐓𝐎 𝐆𝐄𝐓 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐌𝐎𝐒𝐓 𝐀𝐔𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐈𝐂 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐔𝐋𝐓𝐒 - If you don't receive it, please contact me and I will send it to you. I recommend printing on Fine Art Paper or any high quality, textured matte paper for the most authentic look and feel. Alternatively, I would recommend printing on thick matte photo paper /matte card stock. You can also print on rolled or stretched canvas. If the print shop offers it, you can request Giclee printing. It’s a higher quality print process that gives you a better resolution and quality result.

WHERE CAN I TAKE THE FILES FOR PRINTING?

⚠️𝐘𝐎𝐔 𝐖𝐈𝐋𝐋 𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐄𝐈𝐕𝐄 𝐀 𝐃𝐄𝐓𝐀𝐈𝐋𝐄𝐃 𝐏𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐆𝐔𝐈𝐃𝐄 𝐖𝐈𝐓𝐇 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐏𝐔𝐑𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐒𝐄 𝐓𝐎 𝐆𝐄𝐓 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐌𝐎𝐒𝐓 𝐀𝐔𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐈𝐂 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐔𝐋𝐓𝐒 - If you don't receive it, please contact me. My favorite online print shops for high quality printing are mPix , PosterJack and Finerworks. They offer Fine Art papers with textured matte finish such as Photo Rag Fine Art Paper, Archival Linen Paper, Archival Canvas Paper or Premium Giclee Paper, which will provide the most realistic results. Alternatively, you can also print at local print shops such as Staples, Costco, Walgreen...etc. If you print at home or through any professional online printing service, make sure that NO color correction is applied.

PRINTING SKETCHES AND DRAWINGS

I recommend printing drawings and sketches in color rather than black and white. Most of them have a slight beige or off-white undertone in the background, which turns gray when printed in black and white ( and can therefore change the appearance of the print). DOWNLOAD DIGITAL FILES

To access your digital files from your account: 1. Sign in to Etsy.com from a web browser and go to Your account. 2. Go to Purchases and reviews. 3. Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. Etsy also send you a download notification email separate from any transaction notification emails you receive from Etsy and/or PayPal. If you checked out as a "guest", you'll find a link to download your purchase in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase. Please check your spam folder if you cannot find your email. You can't download a digital purchase through the Etsy app at this time. To download a digital file, you must sign in to Etsy on your mobile browser

HOW TO DOWNLOAD FILES ON YOUR IPHONE

If you're downloading your files on an iPhone (please note that this doesn't pertain to Android devices), and can't find the download option within the Google Drive app, you'll need to follow these instructions: 1. Tap on the image 2. Locate and tap the three dots situated in the upper-right corner. 3. Click "Open in..." and then save it in "Save to Files". This will ensure that the high-quality image gets stored in your designated file folder (NOT IN THE CAMERA ROLL)

I PAID WITH APPLE PAY / APPLE ID and CAN'T FIND MY ORDER

If you paid with Apple Pay or logged in using an Apple ID and can't find your order or the Etsy receipt in your email, please read the following. When you signed into Etsy using the app, you might have selected the "Hide My Email" option, which generates a unique and random email address. This address is used for interactions with apps, websites, and other platforms to safeguard your personal email privacy. Consequently, you won't receive the Etsy receipt with the download link for your files in your regular email inbox. Instead, it will be sent to the randomly generated email address. If you can't locate your order by logging into your Etsy account via a web browser (Etsy.com, not the app) please contact me or the Etsy support team.

REQUIREMENTS FOR PRINTING CORRECTLY

Whether you print at home or at some print shop, always remember to uncheck the "FIT TO PRINTABLE AREA" option before printing your JPG file. When going to a print shop, tell the salesperson to uncheck that option. This way, the sheet will be the exact size you want and you won't have to trim it to fit the frame or, worse, reprint it correctly. If the print layout goes all the way to the edges, enable the "BORDERLESS PRINT" option, which you will usually find in the printer settings. If you print at home or through any professional online printing service, make sure that NO color correction is applied.
