❓ Where can I find my purchased files?

The digital files you’ve purchased can be viewed and downloaded from the "Purchases and reviews" section of your Etsy account. They become available right after your payment is confirmed. But please note that You can't download a digital purchase through the Etsy app at this time. To download a digital file, please sign in to Etsy on your mobile browser or computer.

How should I print my keepsake?

Choose the file that matches your paper size and print at 100% / Actual Size. Turn off “Fit to Page” so the footprint spaces stay correctly sized. Smooth heavyweight matte paper or card stock works well. You can print at home or through a local print shop; for professional printing, ask them not to apply automatic colour correction. Add the footprints after printing using baby-safe, non-toxic paint.

Which file formats are included?

Each footprint design includes five ready-to-print files: A3 PDF, A4 PDF, US Letter PDF, 8×10 PDF and an A3 JPG at 300 DPI. You can print at home or use a local print shop.

Is the artwork personalized before purchase?

The downloadable artwork is not personalized with a name or date. Its personal touch comes from your baby’s real footprints, which you add at home after printing. This keeps the process quick, simple and available as an instant download.

What exactly will I receive?

You will receive five digital files to download and print. No physical print, frame, paint or other item will be shipped. The animal artwork includes spaces for footprints; you complete the keepsake at home by adding your baby’s real footprints after printing.
