Never hang your canvas painting outside, in areas of high humidity, or near any heat source. Please make sure that you clean your hands before handling any canvas painting. Do not place anything on top of the canvas or lay your canvas with the front facing down. How to tighten a loose and saggy canvas painting: If over the years you notice that your canvas is starting to loosen up and sag, you can try the following: Spray an even, fine mist of clean water or distilled water on the back of the canvas. The canvas should tighten up when it dries. Never use any chemical cleaners to clean your canvas painting.

There are 6-12 sizes available to each shape, but if you still can not find a perfect size in the listing, please send me a custom size.

What happens if my order is damaged during in shipping

If your order has been damaged during shipping once I have received photo confirmation of the damage a replacement will be made and sent out. it is rare that this happens, but is possible. your replacement will be a priority and I will have it shipped out as soon as possible. Damages must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Please understand that damages caused in shipping are out of my control, but you will never be left with a damaged product a replacement will be send out as long as you report the damage within 7 days of receiving the artwork♥️

What happens if 3 delivery attempts were made and the package was returned to sender

If at the event your artwork cannot be delivered after 3 attempts the package will be returned to sender. It is very important that you keep track of the orders tracking information to make sure you are home to accept the package. if the package is returned to sender you will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as re delivery costs.
