After check-out, you will receive confirmation and an email from Etsy that your order is ready for download. You’ll get instant access to PDF & JPG files that you can download directly on Etsy.

How to download the files?

Your downloads will be available immediately after your purchase. DESKTOP COMPUTER: You have to stay logged into your account. Click on You/Purchases and Reviews and press ”download”. https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases You will also have an email sent to you with a download link. MOBILE DEVICE: You will have to log into your Etsy account using the browser. The Etsy app does not have a download option. CHECK OUT AS A GUEST You will receive an email with a download link. Please, check your Spam folder as well.

Where can I find my downloads?

If you have an Etsy account, after your purchase you’ll see a view your files link which goes to the downloads page. Here, you can download all the files associated with your order. You can also access your digital purchases from within your account: 1) Go to You > Purchases and reviews and look for the order. 2) To the right of the order, click Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. If you checked out as a guest, you'll find a link to download your purchase in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase. Please note that you can't download a digital purchase through the Etsy app at this time. To download a digital file, please sign in to Etsy on your mobile browser.

Where can I print my wall art?

There are three ways you can print your wall art: 1. For smaller sizes, you can print directly from your home printer using high quality paper. 2. You can also search to find your local print centers, such as: -Walgreens -Target -UPS Store -Walmart -Fedex -Staples -Costco -Office Depot Most of these retailers also offer online printing service on their websites. 3. Online printing sites that will delivery to your door, such as: -Inkifi.com -Moo.com -Snapfish.com -Vistaprint.com -Shutterfly.com -Mpix.com -Catprint.com You can also find more by searching on Google.

Where can I find frames for my wall art?

You can find affordable frames in Ikea, Amazon, H&M Home, Zara Home, Urban Outfitters, Wayfair, Pottery Barn, Target, Home Depot, World Market, Walmart, Michaels, Etsy. How to install art on your Samsung Frame TV?

Login to your Etsy account from your smartphone or tablet and download the file to the photos section of your phone. If you haven't already, download the "Samsung Smart Things app". It's a free app by Samsung Electronics. Make sure your phone and your TV are on the same wifi signal. Also make sure that you're using the official Samsung app and not other similarly named apps in the app store. Open the Samsung Smart Things app. Select your TV. Then select "art mode". Finally, select My Collection to view photos saved to your device. Select the photo you want and upload. Select the frame type you want, either "no mat" or select a frame option. Once you've made your selection, select SET to save it to the Frame TV.
