the jewellery does not tarnish, but i would advise not getting it wet too much or too often as this will wear the enamel away quicker. if the enamel does wear off, you can draw over the letters with a black sharpie, leave it for 5 seconds then wipe the excess off with a tissue

please note all rings are stamped by hand, therefore not everything will be 100% perfect
