Mini Bee Hive Box /w Frames - 6 oz Bottle Size - Handcrafted - Woodworking - Laser Cut - Customizable

For the buzzing bee enthusiast, I present this miniature modern bee hive box!

I designed it myself, based on the modern boxy bee hives of today, and laser cut them out of .18 inch Meranti wood before assembling them by hand. The result is a tidy little box, with center laser cut lines to give the visage of separate supers, and a couple of half-circle holes to simulate handles. The lid functions just like the life-sized hive, and snugs down over the top with a fairly firm but easy-to-handle fit.

Inside are a total of 6 frames, cut from .2 inch Meranti, and have nice crisp engravings and cut lines to simulate empty cells, nectar cells, and of course, the honey. The extra material and engraving time (which is a lot) increases the price, but if you are only after the box, there is a separate profile for that, no worries!

Now, currently there are three sizes available, based on the size of bottles they are designed around. THIS one is for the 6 oz hex bottle. (for the other sizes, check my shop)

This one resembles a double stacked hive, and fits a 6 oz hex jar snugly when the frames are removed. The interior dimensions measure 2.8" L x 2.5" W x 3.5" H, and including the walls the box is 3.1" L x 2.8" W x 3.8" H. The lid is 3.5" L x 3.2" W x .5" H.

Now these are the base designs, but they are totally customizable! If you have a personal message or business logo you want engraved on the box somewhere, that's completely doable! I don't charge for the first engraving, only for each additional side after that. If you're not sure if what you want would work, contact me and we'll work out the details.
