All digital downloads sold on Etsy work in the same way, regardless of seller.

Option 1: After your purchase Etsy will automatically email you a link to your file(s). This may take a few minutes - please check your spam/junk folder if you don't receive it.

Option 2: Login to your Etsy Account using an INTERNET BROWSER (it's easiest to use a computer or laptop). Click your account profile picture in the top right hand corner of the screen by the basket logo. Click ‘purchases and reviews’ then 'download files.' IMPORTANT: This will NOT work on the Etsy app.

No, Pagan Parchments only sells high quality digital downloads. We do not post items, all items are downloadable by buyers and can be saved / printed as the buyer wishes.

The most common reason for purchases not showing under 'purchase and reviews' is being logged into a different Etsy account than the one you made the purchase on. Many customers have an Etsy account they log in to through apple ID, and another account they log in to via their email address. Please make sure you are logged in to the account you made the purchase from. Please message me if there are any problems, and I will be happy to help.

The most common reason for this issue is that customers are trying to download from the Etsy app. Unfortunately, Etsy has not made their app compatible with digital downloads. This means if you attempt to download from the app, you will only see the item marked as 'delivered' along with a 'help with order' button.

To download your purchase, please log in to your Etsy account via an internet browser (such as Chrome, Explorer, Firefox) and navigate to 'Purchases and Reviews.' There, you will find the option to download. Please make sure you log in with the same account used to make the purchase.

Etsy automatically emails a receipt to customers after their purchase which contains a link to their digital download(s). The email will arrive from transaction@etsy.com - this email is sent by Etsy, not by the individual seller. Please note that it may take a few minutes to receive the email and it may go into your spam / junk email box. If you use Gmail, also check your social and promotions tabs.

If you have checked your junk / spam box and the email is not there, please make sure you are checking the email address associated with your Etsy account.

If you cannot find the email, you can still access your digital purchases in your Etsy account. Please note this must be done via an internet browser, not the Etsy app.

Yes, you can purchase digital downloads as a guest, without having to make an Etsy account. A receipt email with be sent to you after purchase that contains a link to download your file(s).

I make all downloads in A4 and US Letter size. Some downloads are also available in A5 size - if this is the case it will be made clear on the individual listing. You will receive all sizes with your purchase. If you require a different size, please message me and I will see if it is possible to edit the design to the required size.

Many of my downloads are available in two different font options. An aesthetic and readable font, and a basic font designed solely for readability. The individual listing will say if there are two font options or not. I am currently in the process of making all of my items available in a basic font.
