Most orders are delivered within the 'estimated' delivery times, however, on occasion delays may occur which are beyond our control. Please place your order in advance to allow extra time should your order experience a delay.

Royal Mail advise to allow 10 working days after the last estimated delivery date for an item to be deemed as lost. Should your order be delayed for any reason, please do not hesitate to contact us after the 10 working days have passed.

Once the 10 working days have passed and you still have not received your order, please do get in touch to let us know.

We do gladly accept cancellations within 1 HOUR of purchase. Orders are processed swiftly upon purchase 7 days a week and as they are made to order, they cannot unfortunately be cancelled once the 1 HOUR cancellation window has passed.

Orders that are NOT yet dispatched - A new order will need to be placed with the correct delivery address. Once placed, we will then cancel your original order.

Orders dispatched - Unfortunately, once your order has been dispatched, you can no longer change your delivery address.

**Please note that we do not check/verify delivery addresses. It is the buyers responsibilty to check that all delivery information is correct before purchase. Orders with incorrect/incomplete delivery addresses are unfortunately not eligable for a replacement or refund.**

We have no control how long customs will take to process your package before it is cleared and out for delivery.
