Your order will be packaged sufficiently in a board backed envelope.

As standard we use Royal Mail and Parcel Force to ship our orders. However when necessary we may use an alternative postal company e. g Evri which you will be informed about when your order is dispatched.

Where available, shipping upgrades can be selected at checkout.

For a small extra fee we are able to customise text on some of our products. Please get in touch for more details.

Unfortunately at this moment we are unable to produce custom designs. However we may be able to offer this service in the future.

Yes, our shop is set up to combine shipping when purchasing multiple items. On occasions where shipping has been overcharged we will reimburse you the difference.

The delivery times stated above are only an estimate. Unfortunately due to many reasons out of our control mail can be delayed in arriving at it’s destination. If you believe that your order may have been lost, please get in contact with us and we will do our best to help resolve the situation. However please note that we are unable to give a full refund until your order has been declared lost by the postal service. The time frame for this depends on which country your order was shipped to and can be found below.

UK – 10 working days after the day it was due to arrive.
Europe – 20 working days after the day it was due to arrive.
USA, Canada & Australia – 25 working days after the day it was due to arrive.

In the rare circumstance that something in your order is faulty or missing, please inform us within 30 days of receiving your order. We can then resolve the issue as soon as possible.
