Mesquite wood is one of the hardest woods around (more than twice as hard as walnut!) and it will make quick work of any stubborn bits stuck to your pan. Yet, it still isn’t hard enough to damage you delicate cookware.

Monogram/Initials will appear at the top of the spatula.
Custom line of text will run length of spatula. See pictures for an example.


>> If you chose to monogram please indicate the letters you wish to be monogrammed. Maximum of 3 letters. The middle letter will be larger. Traditionally the middle letter will be the last name.

Left: R
Middle: W
Right: K

If you only wish to have 1 or 2 letters for your monogram please leave that in the instructions. In this case the 2 letters will be of equal size and will be the size of the middle letter in the pictures. The same will be true if you only wish to have 1 letter.

While mesquite can take abuse, neglect, and will be more durable than a normal wood spatula, please follow this care guide to ensure it lasts decades.

Care Guide:
-Do not leave soaking in water.
-Wipe clean with mild detergent and water.
-Occasionally wipe with food grade oil of choice (mineral oil, coconut oil, avocado oil, etc…).
