Every design piece starts with paper sketches in hand. This visual idea becomes a 3D CAD (computer-aided design) file refined in steps that gradually reach final details. Prototypes are tested, refined and tweaked before release to the public. Our pieces are individually crafted using fused deposition modeling (FDM) 3D printing techniques. All of our new and original designs are registered with the Intellectual Property Office before they are publicly disclosed.

We have marked our protected products with a relevant internet link that associates the product with the number of the registered design. Any unauthorised reproduction and/or copying of the products or images featured on our Etsy shop will result in legal action.

PETG or PET-G (Polyethylene terephthalate glycol), is a thermoplastic polyester. A durable plastic with extremely high safety ratings. Non-toxic, hypoallergenic, eco-friendly and recyclable.

We will arrange for the products you purchase to be delivered to the delivery address you specify during the checkout process. Please provide us with correct shipping/delivery information as we will not be held responsible for incorrectly entered addresses.

Our products are shipped out of United Kingdom. Please allow plenty of time for it to arrive. No refund will be issued for orders delayed in transit. The expected delivery date is provided by the courier, and is subject to change.

Geographical Limitations
At this time we are unable to ship orders to General Delivery, P.O. Boxes, Jersey, Guernsey and the Channel Islands, Gibraltar, Poste Restante. Orders made to any of these addresses will be cancelled.

Orders are delivered with Royal Mail 2nd Class free of charge. Aims to deliver in 2-5 working days. The expected delivery date is estimated, and is subject to change.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 - with SMS or email notifications to recipients. Aims to deliver in 2-3 working days. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you.

Overseas orders are delivered by Royal Mail International Tracked. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery. An email confirmation will be sent with the tracking information for your package. Our prices do not include overseas custom duties, taxes or brokerage charges that may incur. Customers outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once an order reaches your country. Some items occasionally experience customs delays. We have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be.

If the products you purchase are lost or damaged please report this to us within 2 working days of delivery of the products. We cannot refund orders or send out a replacement until the delivery is confirmed to be lost. Lost deliveries must be confirmed by the delivery service themselves, and the time periods at which products can be confirmed lost depends on the delivery service used, and are detailed as follows: 10 working days to confirm a lost parcel within UK, 25 working days to confirm a lost parcel outside UK.
