How do I order the correct number of tokens or keychains?

Please make sure the quantity you select matches the total number of tokens or keychains you’d like to receive. For example, if you want 10 tokens, select a quantity of 10 before adding the item to your cart. Each order includes one token and one wire ring (unless otherwise noted). If you’re ordering multiple tokens with different names, locations, or details, please list all personalization clearly in the personalization box or send a message after checkout. This helps ensure your order is completed accurately and without delays. Thank you for double-checking before placing your order!

Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?

Yes! I offer bulk and wholesale pricing for larger orders. Will my photo fit in the state or country ornament?

Not all photos and shapes (such as certain states or countries) fit perfectly, but I’ll always do my best to create a design that looks great. If a photo or shape doesn’t work well, I’ll contact you before proceeding. If we’re unable to make it fit properly, you’ll receive a full refund. Photo mockups are available after purchase. If you’re not happy with the preview, you’re welcome to request changes or a full refund before your order ships.

How long does it take to make and ship my order?
