Customer service was quick and responsive, until I expressed my disappointment for the quality of the item. They offered a replacement- which I accepted… yet it appears nothing has been sent and no one responds to my correspondence any more. Apparently my item shipped from out of the country- it still arrived promptly and was packaged well to arrive to its destination safely. My issue is with the actual quality of the item. For the price, I would not have expected the lettering to be uneven and wonky. It is flimsy. Disappointed as I wanted to love it, but the messy lettering is unacceptable. The seller said the letters must shifted in transit, and told me to push them around to fix- but as they are GLUED to the acrylic, the pushing suggested tore a letter off. Spend your money elsewhere.
