Thank you for choosing our shop for your custom items! By placing an order with us, you are consenting to this refund policy and agree to abide by its terms. Please note that each item we create is uniquely crafted just for you, which means it cannot be repurposed or resold. For this reason, we have a strict refund policy as outlined below:

1. **No Returns or Exchanges**
- Since our items are custom-made, we do not offer returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

2. **Refunds**
- Refunds for completed orders are offered at our discretion on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. Should a refund be issued, please note:
- The refund amount will exclude the cost of the shipping label (if the item has been shipped. For unshipped items, see ‘Cancellations’ below), item materials, and a 25% fee to account for the time spent on your order.
- No full refunds will be issued for items that have already been delivered to the buyer.

3. **Order Cancellations**
- Orders canceled within 3 days prior to shipping are eligible for a refund of the shipping label cost only.
- Orders canceled within 6 days prior to shipping will be subject to the fees and deductions outlined in our refund section above.

4. **Shipping Responsibility**
- Once we’ve handed your item to the postal service, we no longer hold any responsibility for the package. From that point, it is the carrier’s responsibility. We will try to provide as much information and assistance as we can but ultimately any issues or delays must be handled with them directly.
