Can I change my address after placing an order?

You can make a change of address up to two hours after placing your order.

Do you accept changes or returns?

Due to the nature of the product that is made to order, we can only accept returns or exchanges if your item arrives incorrectly printed, damaged, defective or is not the size you ordered, that is, it was mislabeled. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and correct it.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer.

What if the order is lost in the mail?

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.

What happens if a package wasn't delivered to me but the tracking states that it was?

If the package was marked as delivered by the carrier, but the you reports they have yet to receive it, Jomarys creations won't cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order. There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at the customer's address. Customers should reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person.
