Please note that our Bulk Candle Favor Tins are sold exclusively in SETS OF 10.
For example, when selecting a quantity of 3, you will receive 30 candles in total.

HOW TO ORDER:

1. Choose your desired tin color & size.

2. Choose which scent you would like.

3. In the personalization box, please provide your personalization information and if you would like a different color of flowers please leave that there as well.

4. Select the desired quantity. Our Bulk Candle Favor Tins are sold in sets of 10, meaning that if you would like 30 candles, simply choose a quantity of 3.

We do customize orders. Every event is personal and we want your favors to reflect that. Just convo me with any theme, or look you want and I will customize the perfect favor for your event!!

Before printing your labels, I will send you a message on Etsy with the proof for your approval, please keep an eye out for them. I work on proofs mostly over the weekends. Your favors will ship on their scheduled ship date unless you haven't approved your proof. If you need them to ship earlier than the scheduled ship date, please let us know, we can usually accommodate that request. They usually ship UPS but could also ship USPS depending on your location and the size of your order. If you have any special deadlines message me and I'll see what I can do!

Less than 1% of our packages receive damage during transit. This is due to the high level of care in our packaging of your items. While our goal is to have zero damaged shipments, Breakage does happen time to time due to the nature of glass items & shipping . In the rare event that 1 or more of your items break; Good news. Your package has shipping insurance!! Please take a picture of your broken item inside the box with packaging and a picture of the shipping label on the outside of the box. Send us your pictures along with which of your items were damaged and we will send a replacement out to you within 3 business days or sooner. PLEASE USE CARE WHEN OPENING YOUR PACKAGE. A BROKEN GLASS CANDLE WILL BE SHARP AND COULD CAUSE INJURY.

When temperatures fluctuate during shipping, it is possible for some candles to develop a light flakey appearance. This is called "frosting" and is very common with candles made from soy wax. Some candles may also develop clear "wet spots" due to the colder temperatures / temperature fluctuations during shipping. This will not effect the candle burn or scent throw of your candle. We do not issue refunds for this as this is a normal trait of soy candles.

It is your responsibility to make sure you enter the shipping address correctly. Please double check your addresses to make sure they are correct. Especially if you are sending these as a gift. Unfortunately I cannot be held responsible if you incorrectly enter the wrong shipping address. I have absolutely no way of knowing if a shipping address is correct or incorrect. If an item cannot be delivered and is returned to me, it is your responsibility to pay for the item to be re-shipped. All of my candles are made out of only the finest ingredients. My mom passed away from lung cancer when I was only 28 years old so it is a huge passion of mine!! We use 100% pure soy wax, gmo-free and grown in the USA, 100% pure cotton wicks and phthalate/carcinogen free fragrance oils. I do not add any chemicals to my candle wax to make them "throw" a stronger scent.

I placed an order for my beach wedding and the scent of choice was Bora Bora. I requested a different image than what was offered. Within a few days of my order I received a proof with the new image and was completely satisfied! My order was completed and delivered quickly. Packaging of the candles were great. I could also smell the candles as soon as I opened the box which was sooo satisfying! I LOVE the Bora Bora scent! The guests definitely loved the candles as well.

I'd give 100 stars if I could!! Monika went above and beyond to ship me out 5 additional candles for our upcoming bridal shower. We have more guest coming than what was originally anticipated and I was able to make a custom order to accommodate that. The candles look so cute and smell amazing! Thank you again for the wonderful service and perfect shower favor!!!
