No, you can open your files on any computer or device.

Why digital downloads?

They come from the same file that I would use if I were to print and ship to you. But this way we can help to minimize our carbon footprint. When you print on your end, not only do you save money, but you help give the Earth a little hug! 💕

Where can I find my purchased files?

Your purchased files are available automatically once payment has cleared at http://www.etsy.com/your/purchases. If you checked out as a guest, you'll receive an automated email from Etsy containing your download links. Please check your spam/junk folder if you can't find this email. Please note that the Etsy app on your mobile or tablet devices does not allow you to download your files. You can download your files to your device by opening up your Etsy account in your device's internet BROWSER and navigating to You > Purchase and Reviews.

Does the download link expire?

Your download links will not expire. Print as often as you like, as long as it's for personal use.
