*You will need a pot, a bowl & a thermometer.

CANDLE MAKING SAFETY NOTES: Use this kit at your own risk. Never leave molten wax unattended. Never heat wax on direct heat. Don’t pour molten wax down the drain. Make sure to use a thermometer to monitor wax temperature at all times.

Burning Instructions

- Remove the tag and any decorations on the candle before lighting.
- Trim wick to 1/4''
- Keep candle free of any foreign materials including matches and wick trimmings.
- When not in use, place your candle away from direct sunlight and nearby heat sources.
- Only burn the candle on a level, fire resistant surface that will collect any wax as spilling is expected.
- Do not burn candle for more than 2 hours at a time.
- To prevent possible heat damage on the candle holder or tray that you are using, you should always stop using the candle when there is only 1/4'' of wax left.

DISCLAIMER: Be aware that failure to follow these instructions can lead to inaccurate burning time, heat damage, injuries and fire.

Our home decor items are made from Jesmonite (eco-friendly & sustainable water-based ingredient) and are all poured, sanded and sealed by hand in our studio. They also come with cork bottoms to protect your surfaces from scratches.

- Wipe clean with a non-abrasive damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
- Prolonged exposure to water will lead to water marks.
- Do not put in the microwave or dishwasher.
- Avoid dropping as it may break.
- Follow the burning instruction of candles to avoid any heat damage.

Jesmonite is heat and fire resistant but if you are using your tray to burn decorative candles, it is normal to see some white/discoloration on the surface.

Don’t worry this happens to the best of us! If your candle lights for a short period of time, simply use a napkin to soak up the melted wax and it’ll go back to normal. If your candle is not lighting at all, scrape off some of the wax around the wick and try lighting it again. The wax is the fuel to the wick, and there is just too much fuel for the candle to catch.

When the tracking tool indicates that a package was successfully delivered, it means the item arrived as addressed. Some addresses do not have deliveries directly to your door; please check a second location such as a mail room, community mailbox, front desk, or safe drop location.

We do not issue replacements/refunds on items that have been marked as 'delivered' by postal services or are unclaimed due to unpaid customs. If your tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us immediately and a member from our team will assist you.
