+ Hand thrown and trimmed on potter's wheel
+ Bisque-fired
+ Resist created and applied
+ Dipped in Watts White glaze
+ Final high fire in gas kiln

After throwing and trimming on a potter's wheel, this mug was bisque fired. I then created a glaze resist by drawing and cutting various size monstera leaf designs and then applying to the outside. The piece was then dipped in Watts White glaze. I then carefully removed the tape to reveal the design. Each piece is individually designed and one of a kind.

High fired Fat Red stoneware clay to cone 10.
