I cann't accept return custom or personalized orders and rattles/teether, because of the nature of these items (intimate items for health/hygiene reasons), unless they arrive damaged or defective.

I ship nationally and internationally by Standard Air-mail. Depending on where you are, shipments take approximately 5-20 business days. Love, love, love this sweet baby doll and our 18 month old granddaughter adores her!! She's getting ready to be a big sister and this doll is a perfect "tool" to help introduce her to life with "baby". Highly recommend this seller, and love being able to support a crafter in Ukraine.

The crochet baby doll was absolutely perfect and included all my special requests. The doll was wrapped beautifully and even included a specially placed heart sticker on the cellophane bag placed over the baby's heart. A special magnet was also included inside the box and has a special place on my refrigerator where I can see it every day and continue to pray for those affected by war in the Ukraine 🇺🇦 and elsewhere in the world. Despite the war, my packaged somehow managed to arrive quickly; much earlier than the expected delivery date. The doll was part of a special gift for my mother and she loves seeing it each day.

I contacted Liubov. She is polite, sweet. I was so happy with the packaging. Liubov wrapped the box in craft paper (brown), put several stickers on the package and wrapped it up with a twine bow. Then the whole package was wrapped waterproof but clear to see the darling package. Upon opening the box there is brown tissue paper sealed with a fancy sticker. A picture magnet of Ukraine. A cute business card, a Christmas card with a mini santa claus clothes pin on it and a directions for care card. I carefully peeled the sticker and paper back to see this handmade doll from Ukraine! It's perfect! The quality of stitches, excellent. This doll looks exactly like the one pictured on the listing. Pattern design is impressive! She has exceeded my expectations of what a homemade doll could be! The shapes, personality. Thank you! GK
